Of the very few Luft 46
aircraft designs which actually made it in to real aircraft,
Messerschmitt was the most successful in seeing its designs become
reality. The two German aircraft most known for being highly
advanced, the Me-262 and the Me-163, were both produced by Willy's
factory. In addition to these two aircraft, the Messerschmitt
company also produced a number of other advanced designs and many a
Luft 46 kit manufacturer has had success in mining this ample vein.
